Oracle CX Sales has received requests to provide pre-configured user adoption reports and dashboards in OTBI, referencing user adoption subject areas. A set of pre-configured reports and dashboards is available for the 21C release. To acquire these reports, please download the attached .catalog file (User Adoption Reporting.catalog) and then upload it to your OTBI implementation. Reports cover insights for user logins and sessions, object creates and updates, click history, execution of OTBI reports and related subject areas used, performance of OTBI reports and related subject areas used, and more.
