Need clarification on customer Business Rule (allocation rent expenses ) is not executed

customer has created a business rule to allocate rent expenses across departments based on the square feet. An example is attached for your reference and the rule is written as follows,

Example:

Rent 420,000 need to be allocated based on the square feet of departments.

Allocation amounts

Loan department Sq ft 100 20,000 (420,000*100/2100)

Deposit department Sq ft 200 40,000

Pawning 60,000 sq ft 300 60,000

front office 80,000 sq ft 400 80,000

Admin 100,000 sq ft 500 100,000

Marketing 120,000 sq ft 600 120,000
