receiving 401 un authorized when implementing Oauth in OIC

Hi,

i am receiving 401 un authorized when triggering any API of OIC, with the access token that receive from IDCS. i tried both custom flow in OIC and also standard OIC api (eg: to fetch all integrations in OIC), i am able to access with basic auth..  

when trying with access key mentioned as a bearer token, i also able to see entry in the monitoring, but it is failing with no reason, attached both postman and monitoring page.
