How to expose the supplier address on the questionnaire?

Goal: Supplier should know which address they are responding to when a qualification area questionnaire is sent to them.

Steps: Tried to expose this information in Page composer, but this field is not available.

Impact: Supplier needs to get in touch with the buyer to understand address for which supplier needs to respond to. Currently only site name is exposed in the page where the supplier responds to a questionnaire. The site name is an internal name. Where as address is supplier's data, which implies that supplier is familiar with their data, rather than the "Site Name" which is internal name.
