Reports for Enterprise Contract with CPA Fulfillment listed

I would like to create a report that lists the Contract number, supplier, the fulfillment number (CPA number), agreement amount/released amount. When using OTBI, it does not generate any results when using contract fulfillment columns from Enterprise Contract subject area. Has anyone had any luck creating a similar report to what I stated above?
