Validation for Unique property value in EDMCS

Summary: Requirement to have unique property value for all the nodes.

Content (required): How can we create a validation in EDMCS which will enforce a property to have only unique values? I remember in DRM we have a validation class 'UniqueProp' to achieve this. Do we have any way to do this in EDMCS?
