Our end-users reported that the approval email of Change Order is not friendly for approval.

They have stated few points and wanted to seek improvement for it.

However, our Oracle consultant and the support team from SR also said that there is no way to change the configuration as requested.


• Show the name of Previous Approver in the sender name field instead of the submitter's.

• Show more information in the 'Affected Objects' area, including the old value and the new value.
