Create BIP reports for PaaS(DBCS) and SaaS

The below query was raised(by Raghu) few years ago there were no replies/suggestions, I am raising this again.

Any thoughts on this?

I understand we have OTBI and BI tools available to report out of SaaS Data Source. Similarly,

  1. What are the options to report data out of DBCS – PaaS?
  2. What are the options to report data out of two data sources - DBCS and SaaS? I understand we can move data from SaaS to DBCS and then report out of DBCS. But what about without data movement?
  3. What are the options to report data out of three data sources – DBCS, SaaS and On Premise Data Store?
