Exclude Bank Holidays from Absence Days calculation

Bank holidays are counted in the absence days calculation for a sickness absence but should be excluded

Content (required):

We have a number of sickness absence reports built within OTBI however we have been unable to exclude the bank holidays from the absence days field i.e. 23/08/2021 - 31/08/2021 should show as 6 days for a full time employee but currently shows 7 as it includes 30/08/2021 which was a bank holiday. How do we exclude this day?
