Hi everybody,

We use CPQ to configure and price and then create orders in Fusion.

However, since we are a CTO/MTO/ETO business, we frequently have the need to change orders after they have been created in Fusion OM.

Since CPQ is the repository of products that are part of the order, we feel that change orders should be initiated form and processed in CPQ and then sent to OM.

However, our current implementation leads to multiple issues and we would like some direction on how to best deal with change orders from CPQ.
