Hi team,

As I have been making a basic dynamic process app on hospital emergency system, from one of the oracle learning library, after creating a patient form and making certain 4 to 5 presentations needed for different UI's such as Treatment activity, Screening activity, Discharge activity etc. After the form attributes and the data object attributes are ready for mapping, as per the module we need to auto map the attributes but it wasn't working so we had to manually map the parameters.

After successful activation, when we are going to run in test mode, after filling out and submitting the first part of the form consisting of first name and last name, it is coming to an error " Internal error. Please contact the admin" instead of the page getting submitted. I have checked it many times and also did the app for more than 3 times, still it's getting concluded to the same error.
