Pass user variables from one POD to another - possible?

We have a client with multiple business processes - I am trying to see if it is possible to pass user variables from one business process to another for the user that is logged in.

The scenario is we have users in FCC that would like to be able to open the planning form within FCC (via nav flow) using the user variables passed from the context of the FCC form so it points to the required POV - the dimensions are nearly the same for the UV's that we want to send across so there are no issues there.
