Scheduling an integration on last Friday of a month + 1

Summary:

I have a use case where external partner the files with date of last Friday of every month and I need consume the file on immediate Saturday) File availability with the vendor at the above schedule will be on next day of the last Friday of the month

 ( E.g -1 : 28th May is last Friday so file will be available on 29th May b/w 8:30-10:00 AM BST

E.g -2 Apr ME File 30th Apr is last Friday so file will be available on 1st May b/w 8:30-10:00 AM BST

)

I can easily capture scenario 1 by running the integration on last Saturday of every month.
