How can I make courses available externally via sublearncenter that requires no logon.

Summary:

I need to be able to have external users, those without a profile or account, access a few courses on a sublearncenter.

Content (required):

I wanted to make a few courses externally available on an external/public sublearncenter that does not require someone to logon in order to access the courses. I've setup a brand new sublearncenter and disabled the "Require Logon" setting so that anyone can get to the site by just having the link. That seems to be working fine. Site opens right to home/default page no problem. However, if I put a Catalog widget on that page with some courses mapped, they show up but are not clickable. Cannot click the course title and there's no launch
