Can subscription creation be filtered based on property?

Summary:

Want subscription requests to be generated or not generated based on which property was changed in the source.

Content (required):

Is there a way to filter a subscription so it does not generate a request for changes to a source viewpoint property where the property does not exist in the target viewpoint? If the source request changes only the value of a property that does not exist in the target, we do not want a request generated because that creates extra work for the assignee who has to review and delete the request. Node Condition Expression does not have this option.
