Getting Shift Hours For An Employee On Particular Date

Folks,
We have a requirement to fetch the Hours On Date.
Example. Find the screenshot attached. If we pass parameter date as 03-Dec-2018 then 35 hours 77777700-7 (Need to get the "7"..that we will work on it.)
If the parameter date is 08-Dec-2018 then, we need to get the value "12" From 262 hours 48 hrs x 5 plus 12 over 6 wks-12.
Could you please check and let us know how to get shift hours for an employee on particular date.
