Summary:

Out-of-the box template for new hire bulk upload not calculating compensation for the start month.

Content (required):

We have loaded new hires using OOB template in the first month i.e. Jan with start month as "Jan". However, after running "Process Data load" and "Synchronize Default" , it calculates compensation and benefits from Feb onwards.

Adding a new hire using OOTB "Add Requisition" option on new hire form calculates compensation correctly based on start month.

I compared data export with both options and found that business rule "Process Data load" and "Synchronize Default" is not updating "OWP_Partial Payment Factor"->"OWP_Value" for the first month and therefore compensation is not being calculated. If I manually update it to 1 and run both rules then it calculates compensation correctly.
