Summary:

Description: When looking at the details of a new item request, I have found that both Edge and Chrome have issues where the page becomes unresponsive. I cannot expand any of the process steps and the browser will often give a warning message that the page is not responding wait/close tab.

Sometimes closing the browser and opening it again will be enough to stop the behavior but other times the page has become unresponsive again. It is not consistent

can you please share your inputs on this issue, if anyone has come across
