In Pricing (while setting up new Price List, New discount, under Access Set tab , system requires to enter the access set). What does this access set control.

We are setting up our price list and discounts at Business unit level so that they are separate by BU.

In our BU definition, at the moment, the Pricing Rule assignment set is selected as COMMON.

So we are getting only the value COMMON in the access set tab of price list and discounts. If we choose common as access set for our price list and discounts, does that mean users who are given data access to Pricing module at Access set = Common level can view price list and discounts of all BUs. and for the local site user, we need to give access to Pricing role only at the business unit = their local business unit level?
