Prevent Learn course/offering being auto assigned
Summary: A number of our established Learn courses/offerings are no longer required, and have had the Publish End Date field populated. However, new employees continue to be auto assigned the unpublished course/offering, based upon analyses that have been setup.
We require steps to disassociate any analysis that is running against the unpublished courses/offerings.
Finding difficulty in determining where to locate the fields in order to action this requirement.
Important to note that we still require the analysis, as may be used on other courses that continue to be assigned correctly.
