Account balances at a level zero shared entity, but not the primary entity.

Summary:

Has anyone else ran into a situation where account balances are showing in a shared level 0 entity, but not the primary entity? We have this situation for one period of one scenario and it is causing incorrect results.

Content (required):

There are no custom rules for the trial balance accounts and entities that have been impacted. The entity that shows no balance, the primary entity, is correct. We opened an Oracle SR a few weeks ago, but haven't received any feedback yet.
