Unable to update in MFPP the Task Number or Task Name

Summary: For projects imported through FBDI we cannot update the Task Number or Task Name.

We receive error: "An application error encountered PJF-2235207"

Content (required):

Previously we had error "You can't change the number of the selected task PJF-2235503" due to the fact that in Manage Action Controls we had Action "Update Financial Task Number" for that source.

Now all Actions are deleted in Manage Action Controls but encountering the mentioned error in Summary even for newly imported projects
