CICTA Redirection requirement

Summary:

Right now we have a requirement where we have one account (A_304220) marked with the attribute "CICTA_Acc_Yes". This is the account for which we would like CICTA to be re-directed. On account A_304430, we have identified the CICTA Redirection account as A_304220. After a database refresh and consolidation, the CICTA amount being generated by account A_304430 is still being moved to the FCCS_CICTA account.

While running a test where we mark the FCCS_CICTA with the CICTA Redirection attribute of A_304220 and the entire CICTA balance will move to the redirection account.

Now we are looking to redirect only the FX impact of the Historical Amount Override account A_304430 to A_304220 rather than consolidated CICTA balances to the redirection account.
