Need to avoid an impact status after launched an ODR

Hello All,

I need to write an ODR that runs after save on a data form, below a sample script. I would like this rule to only run on FORE_STAT if period in POV is "Oct". So, this rule must to impact the entity only if period is "Oct". I notice that, if I save the form where in POV I have a period different from October, eg November, the rule impacts the entity on November and I don't want this behavior.

How can I prevent this rule from changing the calculation status if the period in POV is different from October?
