If Employee applies Sick Absence and Saved without submitting, Team Schedule shows 'Sick Pending' status. Again if an Employee submits a Sick Absence but is not approved by the Line Manager, Team Schedule shows the same 'Sick Pending' status. This would lead to confusion to the Line Manager which Absence is 'Saved', 'Awaiting Approval'. Is this normal behavior any solution to differentiate between this two status in the Team schedule.
