API to validade zip code and Registration Number of a Supplier

Is there any way to access an external website to retrieve the address that is linked to a zip code (like a post office website)? What if it is possible to access another website to validate the Supplier Registration Number?

For a customer in Brazil, we have two demand for Supplier Registration which are:

Address: be able to access the post office website to validate a zip code and bring the address that is linked to the zip code;

Supplier's Registration Number: also access a website (Brazil's Federal Revenue) and validate the supplier's registration number (CNPJ / CPF - National Code of Legal Entity / Individual code).
