HCM Learning 21D - MP4 Content Marking Complete
Summary:
Since our 21D update we've had learners complaining that the MP4 videos they're supposed to watch (A specialization, 9 courses, each course 1 (2-5 minute video - no scorm) are not successfully marking complete. They 'finish' the video on their end but they can't click the 'next' button to go to the next course in the Specialization. This Specialization has been active since 2019 without any issue or changes - until now.
Has anyone else experienced issues with MP4's marking complete after the 21D update and if so are there any remedies? We've reloaded the catalog resources to the offerings and rerun the transcoding process, but it doesn't seem to have helped the tickets coming in.
