Error in Requistion page for project lines "Budget period not open for control budget"

Hi Experts,

We have all projects enabled for Budgetary control. During Requisition fund status showing Error "Budget period not open for control budget".

Verified in application. Project periods and GL periods are already opened. Budgetary control created and funds available.

To open budget period followed the path Home page > Control budget > Budgetary control dashboard >Right side task panel > Budget Period Statuses

But some project Budget control not showing in "Manage Budget Period Statuses".

Any idea why the Budgets not showing here. Actually due to this all requisition fund status is in error.
