Ability to set background colors in Oracle Integration Cloud

Description (Required): As part of the development cycles, the team ends up working in various environments of Oracle Integration Cloud. Currently there is no feature to distinguish between environments except for the URL details. There should be ability to change background colors or other details to distinguish environments.

Use Case and Business Need (Required): As part of the development cycles, the team ends up working in various environments of Oracle Integration Cloud. Currently there is no feature to distinguish between environments. This provides more clarity to the development teams and avoids any accidental updates in environments used by other project and more importantly PROD.
