OTBI Report (Count Distinct - Accomplishments)

Summary:

Hello, I'm running an OTBI report.

Is there a way to use count distinct in Accomplishments?

Subject Area: Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time

But the thing is, Accomplishments column is under Content Type. You just need to filter it.

Can filter + count distinct can be used? Please help me with this requirement.
