Saw shipment

my shipment is planned at 3rd party warehouse. ship units are different than that of OTM cloud . OTM order number is mentioned as refnum in saw xml. once otm receives saw, how do I link it to order releases based on refnum? Other than agent coding, any easier way to do in considering performance issues
