Need details on how to capture the Status Change Event in Project Invoices in Oracle Fusion Cloud

Dear All,

We have a requirement to trigger an OIC integration once the status of the Project Invoice (Contract Management -> Invoice) is moved from Approved to Released status in Oracle Fusion Cloud and it looks like there is no seeded business event available to capture from OIC. Do we have any way out to capture mentioned status change through any means?
