How to mass update Employees Resource Role and Organization

Content (required):

1) For multiple existing users who has Project Management function we have assigned them Enterprise Contract Administrator role

2) Now we need to assign them the following Resource information details:

• Resource Role
• Organization

We can do this through UI in 'Users and Roles' screen but we have more than 300 users that needs to be updated.

What is the recommended fastest way to create/update in bulk those Resource information ?

Also, checking Examples of Adding a Resource to Existing Employees (oracle.com) in the Create Import Activity > Object drop-down list there is no object with name
