OTBI/BIP catalog refresh/modified date

HI Team,

After a refresh/upgrade/patch getting applied does the folder last modified date change for each folder.

We could see some folders have different last modified date and other folders have last modified date.

Could you please let me know if during patch/upgrade/refresh are the BI/OTBI catalog folders modified or any particular set of updates get modified accordingly for BIP.

In short under Financials folder has General Ledger has different last modified date whereas Payables has different last modified date.
