Possibility to fetch data based on MSISDN (Phone Number)

We are designing that customer has two different sim has two different number and two different subscription , so the question is how to show the different subscription based on the phone number since the individual , customer and party account is the same. if its possible using MSISDN if not, what is the alternate solution.
