Design a SOAP request to pick up an HDL zip from a server location and load it in UCM

Experts,

Have you worked on a requirement where you pick up an HDL zip from a server location and load it in UCM?

If it is a small file, we can convert it into Base64 & load that string directly and the zip shows up.

But is there a way to load the zip without the base-64 encoding step?

Any leads would be highly appreciated.
