can we use VBCS tool for bulk records to update, create and delete for shipping and inventory trans

Summary:

Here customer uses delivery record where they are updating tracking number, if any failure happens to a particular record they capture the error message and move on with rest of the records and commit the transaction using web ADI in EBS in the same ,can customer use VBCS to update this shipping activities . If yes please let me the process for that
