Settings for Incident Reporting and Course Rating
Summary:
Incident Reporting - We're receiving "Learning Item Incident" emails showing a course or an offering was reported, however, it's being used in the wrong way. Learners are reporting the learning item but then commenting about a save and close issue, for example. Is there a way to edit the settings for incident reporting and if so, where is it?
Rating - Is there a way to adjust the settings for learning item ratings, as well? If so, where is it located?
