DocumentGenerator url to external environment

Hi,

We have a requirement to send the proposal document to the third party. We are using the documentGenerator rest APi which generates the URL of document but when we send this URL to third party they are unable to access the document as it requires Authentication. Is there any other way to send the document to the third party without authentication. We don't want to use email.
