How to make BIP Report responsive so that it can be adjusted across multiple screen sizes?

Summary:

We have the requirement of making BIP report which should be responsive in any devices. When the BIP report is viewed in any mobile devices, It's content(Graphs and Tables) should be auto adjusted according to the mobile device screen size. Responsiveness should work on both cases. a) As a standalone Fusion application screen. b) When added in DCS application via iframe.
