PAY_FLOW_STATUS_VL table was empty

Summary:

We have a report which we are using the PAY_FLOW_STATUS_VL table. When we queried (select * from PAY_FLOW_STATUS_VL) does not have any rows table was empty because of that our report is not pulling any data.

Anyone using this table in your reports. Any idea why this table was empty.
