Incorrect data loaded into Planning from NetSuite

I have built an integration using Data Management to source my GL data from Netsuite and load into a PBCS application. The integration was done via a Saved Search that was created in NetSuite that extracts the USD equivalent data from a multi-currency application in NetSuite. The results returned from the Saved Search when run directly in NetSuite results in the expected USD numbers but when I ran the extract from PBCS Data Management using the same Saved Search, it gives me some numbers that I cannot reconcile to.

I would appreciate if someone can shed some light what is happening in the background when data is imported from the Saved Search results into PBCS Data Management. The problem clearly lies in the Data Management side as the results are perfectly alright in NetSuite.
