User Defined Measure added to an Existing Table in Supply Planning >Manage Planning Measures - Error

Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management. Supply Planning > Manage Plan Measures.

I created a User Defined Measure, added it to the list of measures for an existing table. Checked the layout Tab and all looked good, User Defined measure displayed in the layout

When I go to open it up I get the error. Contact Your Help Desk. (FND-2)"

Appreciate your help. This is a critical design issue for us.

The new measure was copied from a seeded measure " Sales Order" and named "Adjusted Sales Order KYO"
