Netsuite metadata integration parent issue

Summary:

We are using the default Netsuite metadata saved searches to retrieve the metadata from Netsuite for multiple dimensions. The data which is retrieved is not as expected.

Content (required):

In the import format we are using the following fields/mapping from the saved search:

Child - mapped to member name

Alias:Default - mapped to Alias

DATA STORAGE - mapped to data storage

Parent - mapped to parent


Three questions:

  1. When we open the same saved search in Netsuite, the parent field is not included, how is this possible?
  2. When we import the data to data management, the parent field and the parent members are coming with prefix "P_". Is this default functionality in data management or in the saved search? The original member names (in Netsuite) don't have the P_ prefix.
