Drill down from Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to the Review Budgetary Control Transactions page. Add an action link on a consumption column such as Expenditures, to enable the drilldown using a deep link. A deep link is a URL to open a page without navigating through the application menu structure. Budget managers can easily navigate back and forth from the analysis to the application to review details.
