Time and Labor OTBI - Time card version number

I'm creating a dashboard with different reports for Line Managers and department secretaries. And the report is working good and I get to see the data I intend to see. However I would like to add a time card version number of the time cards.
What I mean is that for instance you have a time card for March 2022 and you create your time card the 14th of March and you enter the amount of hours you have worked/had absence until the 14th of March. Then you save your time card to finish it later on in March. That would be your Version 1 of the March 2022 time card. At the end of March 2022 you will continue with the time card and the the amount of hours for the remaining days. Once you are done with entering the remaining days, then you
