Schedule Load Planning Data from Flat files with a file that is uploaded only once

Can we schedule Load Planning Data from Flat files with a file that is uploaded only once in the ucm server

Can we accomplish the below scenario:

1.Load say a forecast zip file to the ucm server scm/planningDataLoader/import say on the first of every month

2.Schedule the program Load Planning Data from Flat files with this flat file as in put parameter to run daily.

Will this program recognize this csv file even every time it runs even though the zip file was uploaded only once in the ucm server?

When we tested this we noticed we can see old files in the ucm server but they do not show up in the drop down of the Load Planning Data from Flat files.
