How to corretcly impact Forecast scenario all periods all entities after an exchange rate change?

We need to ensure that all the entities for all the periods get "impacted".

We have a Forecast scenario with 12 periods in which the users often change the Rates in any period.

Our challenge is to guarantee that we have the correct result.

We would also like to run our Consolidations/Translations at the last period and NOT month by month.

Unfortunately, after the user changes the rates for some periods, the new rates are not reflected, still using the old rate.

We tried to impact the entities by deploying the 10 insertion rule, and re consolidated and translated the scenario, however
