How to overpick and overship manufactured quantities?

Hello,

We would like to know how to overpick and overship the manufactured quantities.

Let's say the Sales Order quantity is 100, but the manufactured quantity is 125qty.

What are the setups that allow overpicking and overshipping this 25 extra qty?

We are using Back-to-Back feature, so when in Pick Confirm process picked qty is greater than requested qty, the system is throwing below error: "You can´t complete this transaction because of an existing reservation"

y default the reservation is created for the theoretical output qty, but if I try to change the reserved qty to the actual manufactured qty, the system is still throwing the same error.
