Why does Entire planned order show as not pegged

in Supply Chain Planning and Collaboration 5 comments

Summary:

Part#X has min order qty of 200. Below is the supply demand picture for this part:

Apr-22

Onhand(OH) = 473. Total demand = 358(out of which safety stock = 81 effective from 1-apr-22). So OH for 115 is excess

May-22

Total demand = 130 and there is OH of 115 that was excess in Apr and so there is a short fall of 15

A planned order for 200 is created in May-22 and it shows as not pegged. Question is why is the entire planned order for 200 showing as not pegged .It should peg 15 to demand and 85 as not pegged(being excess)
